The Lloyds Bank Consumer Digital Index is the largest measure of financial and digital capability of people in the UK. In its 2nd year, the Index combines consumers’ actual behavioural data with survey research to understand the attitudes behind their behaviour. This year’s report looks at people’s financial resilience and how having digital skills can help. With contributions from Toynbee Hall, looking specifically at the financial resilience and digital skills of the unbanked population.
