The fourth annual Ratings Report by the Fairbanking Foundation finds evidence that the banking sector is showing signs of putting the financial well-being of customers at the heart of its products.
A key driver of this trend is fintech innovation, with new standards being set in customer control and experience in banking products. Fintech innovators have been catalysts for this change which is now at an industry tipping point, as many large banks begin to follow early adopters.
The Fairbanking Foundation is a research-based charity dedicated to encouraging and helping banking institutions to improve the financial well-being of their customers and thereby the UK public as a whole.
