L&Q Housing Trust
Training case study
The challenge:
To support the introduction of a dedicated Financial Inclusion team, L&Q Housing Trust commissioned Toynbee Hall to deliver a training package to enable their new team to adopt the best practices in assessing and advising service users to enable them to improve their money management.
Our approach:
Toynbee Hall designed and delivered a two day Financial Inclusion Training programme which focused on:
- Assessing services users financial inclusion health
- Providing practical ways to support users to access financial services, improve money management and plan for the future
- Identify ways to optimise organisational processes to facilitate and support financial inclusion
Impact:
To help support residents to face the challenges of the welfare reforms, L&Q have introduced their first Financial Inclusion team, Your Money, who are now utilising their new knowledge to advice and support residents to improve their financial capability.
A few words from our client:
“The feedback from staff was very complimentary, not only on your professional knowledge; but also on the content and pace of your delivery.”
Grace Ayemoba, Financial Inclusion Team Leader, L&Q Housing Trust
