If we were to describe our approach to training it would be:

  • supported by good practice learned through years of experience working with diverse and vulnerable communities directly,
  • informed by psychological theory where applicable,
  • based on a sound understanding of need and integrates this into the learning outcomes,
  • empowering and motivational, and
  • creating practical opportunities for individuals and organisations to make a difference.
